Information:
- Symptoms of

chickens tested (from leading supermarkets, organic butchers and other small
poultry stores) were contaminated with a battery of harmful bacteria, despite
the fact that the non-organic chickens had been treated with powerful
antibiotics. This shows that bacteria are becoming resistant to antibiotic
therapy and are now considered “super-bugs”. Not only are people getting sick
from the antibiotics in these non-organic chickens, they are also getting sick
from these super-bugs in both organic and non-organic chickens. Red meat has
also been found to be frequently contaminated with antibiotic resistant E. coli.
