Maxi-Ferrin Pro Plus is formulated to enhance & support the immune system with nutrients including 225mg of Lactoferrin and 300mg of the very popular immune & antioxidant herb, Olive Leaf.

Lactoferrin is a protein component of milk which can be isolated from bovine colostrum or whey and is technically described as an iron-binding glycoprotein. Owing to its iron-binding properties, Lactoferrin may improve the uptake of iron by the intestinal mucosa.

While the specific actions of Lactoferrin are complex, it is generally considered to assist immune function and correct dosage should be determined under advice from your health professional.

Cat's Claw (Uncaria tomentosa or 'una de gato') has been traditionally used in Peru for the treatment of a wide range of health problems and to assist digestive complaints and arthritis. The loose, papery bark of the tree was collected and used for a variety of ailments with results that have ensured its consistent use for many hundreds of years. It is also known today as a free radical scavenger with antioxidant action. Maxiferrin also includes Reiishi and Shiitake mushroom.

Each capsule contains:
Active ingredients
Lactoferrin (Bovine) - 225mg
(Derived from milk)
and herb extracts equivalent to dry
Uncaria tomentosa (Cats Claw) in. stem bark - 250mg
Olea Europaea (olive) leaf - 300mg
(standardised to 5mg Oleuropein)
Ganoderma Lucidum (Reiishi) Mushroom - 75mg
Lentinula Edodes (Shiitake) Mushroom - 75mg

Directions for use: Take one capsule twice daily before food or as directed by your healthcare professional.
