Due to the varying quality of other products that were available and some rather high prices being asked, we finally decided to source the correct ingredients and produce our own product here in Australia. It is now twice the size and half the price of the previous product that we were importing from Canada, as well as being manufactured to a much higher standard.

Turkish Rhubarb or Common Sorrel was NEVER used by René and is NOT used in this authentic formulation.  

To give you an idea, there are over 70 types of Elm, 16 varieties of Rhubarb and many varieties of Sorrel. Some of these herbs are very rare and extremely expensive, which explains why they are so often supplemented with lesser varieties, and some can be harmful if taken in excessive quantities.
