Stevia - Nature Sweet Liquid

Stevia is a naturally sweet herb and may be used as a substitute for sugar and artificial sweeteners.
Stevia has no effect on blood glucose levels so therefore can be used by diabetics and hypoglycaemics.
Stevia also has ZERO calories, ZERO carbohydrates and is therefore useful during weight reduction and can also be useful in reducing cravings for sugar.

Nature Sweet stevia has been made to remove the herbal aftertaste.

Contains no artificial chemicals and no calories.

May be used in some recipes during cooking; may be added to hot beverages, freshly squeezed citrus juice or desserts to enhance sweetness.

Stevia is approximately 200 times sweeter than sugar so only a very small amount is required

 

Active ingredients:

Stevia rebaudiana
Vegetable Glycerin

Directions for use:

• Stevia may be added to tea or coffee, freshly squeezed citrus juice, fruit salad, yoghurt, or other desserts to enhance sweetness.
• Stevia may be used in some recipes for cooking.
• Stevia is VERY sweet so use very small amounts until you find the appropriate amount for your tastebuds.
Drops: 3 drops = sweetness of level teaspoon sugar
